In collaboration with Gettysburg College in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the Centre serves leaders who serve organizations.

Our focus is on the conscious and personal choices leaders can make to accomplish positive results for global change. The Centre is:

• an international nexus of leadership thought and action
• a connecting network of personal and organizational leaders
• an emphasis on producing both meaningful and measurable results
• a 21st-century change agent, shaping the new technologies of communication and information for use as leadership tools
• an international non-profit partnership at work around the globe
